From the beginning I felt heard and finally like someone had understood the types of things I was experiencing and going through. There was a lot of trust that had to be built in order to carry out the tasks and procedures necessary and from our first call a few months ago what you said to me stuck with me ‘I’ll hold your hand and get you through this but you have to trust me’ and that is exactly what I have done.
